These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 20lab Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. The Program page ("Program page"), accessible at https://20lab.app/dashboard/refer-and-earn, serves as the central hub for all Program-related activities, including tracking deployed tokens, claiming rewards, and accessing important information.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all individuals, with the exception of Polish residents.

2. Program Structure

  • Participants will be provided with a unique referral link.

  • Rewards are granted based on the number of tokens generated through the participant's referral link on Mainnets. Check the list of available Mainnets here:

3. Referral Link Usage

  • Participants are responsible for the proper use and dissemination of their referral link.

  • Misuse, spam, or any unethical promotional activities are strictly prohibited.

4. Rewards

  • Rewards are granted based on the number of tokens generated through the participant's referral link.

  • Participants will receive rewards in ETH, with a base rate of $20 worth of ETH per token deployed.

  • The actual reward amount may vary based on the current market price of ETH.

  • The conversion rate used for rewards will be determined at the time of approving the claim request which was sent by participant.

Example: If the base rate is $10 per token and the current market price of ETH is $2000, a participant will receive approximately 0.005 ETH ($10 / $2000) for each token deployed through their referral link.

Note: The reward structure is subject to change, and participants will be notified of any adjustments on the Program page.

5. Token Generation

  • Only Mainnet tokens are eligible for reward consideration.

  • The participant earns rewards for each Mainnet token generated through their referral link.

6. Claiming Rewards

  • Participants may claim their rewards through the Program page.

  • Rewards are distributed in ETH and are subject to a conversion rate applicable at the time of distribution.

  • Participants must claim their rewards before or within 3 months after the expiration of their referral link.

7. Validity Extension

  • Default referral link lifetime is 90 days.

  • The validity period of the referral link can be extended by the participant after 15 days.

  • Participants can extend the validity by visiting the Program page and following the provided instructions for extension.

  • The extension process is designed to ensure active and engaged participants continue to benefit from the Program.

8. Termination

  • 20lab reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program or a participant's involvement at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following:

    • Violation of Terms: Any breach of these terms and conditions, including improper use of referral links or engaging in fraudulent activities.

    • Abuse of Program: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or undermine the integrity of the Program.

    • Unethical Practices: Engaging in spam, misleading advertising, or any practices deemed unethical by 20lab.

    • Technical Issues: Any disruptions, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances that compromise the Program's functionality.

    • Misuse of Rewards: Any attempt to abuse or misuse rewards, including but not limited to claiming rewards without legitimate referrals.

    • Legal Compliance: Failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements.

Termination decisions are at the sole discretion of 20lab, and participants will be notified if their involvement in the Program is terminated. In case of termination, participants may lose access to accrued rewards.

9. Modification of Terms

  • 20lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes on the Program page.

10. Privacy

  • Participant information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • 20lab is not responsible for any technical issues, disruptions, or errors that may affect the Program.

By participating in the 20lab Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Referral Program Terms and Conditions supplement our general Terms of Service. In case of any inconsistencies, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

20lab reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.
